시카고플랜(이하 "회사")은 안드로이드 게임 앱 "Boomster"(이하 "앱")를 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱에서 어떤 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.

1. 회사가 직접 수집하는 개인정보

회사는 회원가입, 로그인, 계정 생성 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 이용자의 이름·연락처·이메일·위치 등 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상태와 설정(최고 점수, 소리 on/off 등)은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)에 따른 정보 처리

앱은 광고 수익으로 운영되며, Google LLC의 광고 서비스 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 Google이 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 보유하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. 다만 위 2항의 Google AdMob은 자체 목적과 정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

회사가 직접 보유하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사가 보유한 개인정보가 없으므로, 광고 관련 정보는 위 3항의 방법으로 직접 관리하시거나 Google 계정(myaccount.google.com)에서 관리하실 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 처리되었다고 판단되시면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 개인정보를 서버에 수집·저장하지 않아 관련 위험이 최소화되어 있으며, 앱은 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)을 사용하는 광고 서비스만 이용합니다.

10. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 앱에 새로운 기능(예: 분석 도구)이 추가되어 처리하는 정보가 바뀌는 경우에도 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신합니다.

Boomster Privacy Policy

ChicagoPlan ("we") provides the Android game "Boomster" (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information we collect

The App has no sign-up, login, or account feature. We do not directly collect or store your name, contact details, email address, or location on any server. Game progress and settings (such as high scores and sound on/off) are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Google may automatically collect and use the following: advertising ID, IP address, device information (model, OS version, language, screen details), app usage and ad interaction data, and approximate location derived from IP address. Purposes: serving and measuring ads, fraud prevention, and providing personalized or non-personalized ads. Retention follows Google's policies. We do not hold personal data, so we do not sell, share, or disclose it to third parties. Google AdMob processes data under its own policies as described above.

5. Retention and deletion

We hold no personal data. Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Because we hold no personal data, you can manage ad-related data using the steps in Section 3 or through your Google Account (myaccount.google.com).

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child's information has been processed, please contact us.
